PSI was Independent Adviser to both the Sydney International Convention Centre and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority for the redevelopment of the Darling Harbour precinct. Services provided included plans for pre-commissioning and readiness for service for the new $3 billion convention, exhibition and entertainment centre. Our scope included improving public water transport and connectivity to the Darling Harbour entertainment precinct and to Sydney Harbour.
PSI managed the development, procurement and delivery of a national fuel management system for Pacific National, one of Australia's largest rail freight operators. This involved defining user requirements, and standardising and automating the solution for fuel management, data capture and transactional reporting processes, using an integrated hardware, software and process driven solution.
PSI was engaged as an independent adviser to Public Transport Victoria for the $750m Regional Ballarat Corridor and Rolling Stock Upgrade. This project consisted of procuring additional VLocity cars to meet short term capacity requirements, and upgrading of the rail corridor from Melbourne to Ballarat including passing loops, station upgrades and signalling.
